Jabbertise! is a fun and convenient way to save money while supporting local businesses in your community. With Jabbertise, your deals are on your cell phone and always with you!

For local businesses, Jabbertise is an integrated marketing service that drives foot traffic into retail locations. It enables business owners to acquire new local customers while building loyalty and repeat business with existing customers. The Jabbertise service marries traditional coupon techniques with web and mobile advancements to offer an innovative and state of the art connection between consumers and local businesses.

Products and Services

The Jabbertise service is made up of the following products:

Targeted Value Cards Jabbertise Value Cards enable businesses to get deals into the hands of consumers that care! A Value Card contains 10 different complementary businesses and their deals. 1000 Value Cards are printed per publication and distributed to demographically targeted consumers throughout the community. Consumers find the Value Cards while shopping in their neighborhood or at local events. They show the Value Card to participating businesses to redeem their deals and values.

Internet Service The Jabbertise Internet Service gives businesses a web page and wireless coupon mechanism. The web page includes contact information, including a link to a primary website if applicable, "about us" information, a logo, an image and a video. The wireless coupons feature the deals and enable consumers to share deals, download deals to their cell phones and/or print them. Consumers then show their phones or printouts to businesses to redeem their deals. Each business can customize their web page and deals at their convenience or request Jabbertise to make updates for them. Jabbertise does not allow rating, ranking or reviewing of businesses so, unlike other sites where damaging statements can occur, Jabbertise businesses are in control of their message.

VIP Program The VIP Program enables a business to grow repeat customers and strengthen its relationship with people that already like them. Users opt into VIP Programs on each businesses' web page, and select whether they wish to receive communications on their cell phones (text message) and/or through email. The VIP Program tool aggregates customer lists and enables businesses to reward their VIP members with special offers and values while, at the same time, controlling when they need additional foot traffic and revenues.

In the process, we also provide great savings to consumers and make it more attractive to shop locally.

Responsibilities:

Identify local business decision makers in your area
Visit local business decision makers, present the Jabbertise service offering and close the deal
Help businesses sign up online for the Jabbertise service
No ongoing account management responsibilities even though you are paid on renewals

Qualifications and Education/Experience:

Previous advertising sales experience is helpful, but not required
Direct selling experience is required

Sales Leader

We're looking for a passionate Sales Leader who motivates and inspires with prior leadership experience in advertising sales. He/She must have a proven track record of success prospecting and closing B2B transactions.

Evolve existing sales model and channels
Build and manage distributed sales team
Participate in design and development of training and selling tools
Meet goals in fast paced start up environment

Qualifications and Education/Experience:

5-10 years previous advertising sales required
Previous experience managing sales teams required
Must be inspirational, motivational and fun!
Excellent communication skills
Results-oriented team player
Bachelors degree or higher

Compensation:

Base will initially be equity-based
