Your Cell Phone Number is Safe with Us!
We, at Jabbertise, believe that you should be the only one who determines the information you receive on your cell phone, so we will not sell, disclose or otherwise use your cell phone number in any way other than as follows:- If you enter your cell phone number in conjunction with a JabberDeal that you wish to download to your phone, we will use your cell phone number for that sole purpose (i.e. to download that particular JabberDeal to your cell phone).
- If you opt in (meaning check one of the boxes in the "Sign Me Up For" area) to:
- receive "This Business's JabberDeal Updates" then we retain your cell phone number for purposes of sending you a text message each time that particular business updates its existing JabberDeals or adds new ones;
- the "JabberDeal Reminder Service," we will retain your cell phone number for purposes of sending you a reminder text message 5 days prior to the expiration of any of your JabberDeals;
- a given Business's Loyal Customer List, we will give that particular business access to your cell phone number and permission to communicate with you directly (via phone call or text message) for purposes of giving you special promotions and information, not available to others. We require our businesses to adhere to certain guidelines to ensure you do not receive excessive or unwanted communications.
